Ticket Policies:
Disclaimer: All ticket purchases are final for Scottish Fest USA at the OC Fair & Event Center on May 25 and 26, 2024. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason and tickets are non-transferable.

To prevent the resale of tickets, we will be checking tickets and IDs at the gate upon entry. The names on the tickets must match government-issued IDs.

We are open rain or shine. The programming of the shows and attractions may be modified based on the weather conditions. In the unlikely chance of thunder, wind, or lightning storms and the event is canceled due to safety concerns no refunds will be available. Please monitor the email you used to purchase for last-minute cancellations due to weather.

Event schedules, performers, competitions, attractions and food offered are subject to change without notice.

Each attendee may be subject to security checks at the gate entrance.

Scottish Fest USA hosts a variety of independent sellers that offer a selection of products. Sales between an attendee and the vendor are at the sole discretion of the attendee. You knowingly and voluntarily accept known and unknown risks of purchasing from a seller. You agree to release and hold harmless Scottish Fest USA at the OC Fair & Event Center and all of its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, liability, obligations, and damages against the foregoing parties related to or in connection with your sale transaction with a seller to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Prohibited Items: Weapons (except customary Scottish attire accessories that are properly secured per security guidelines at the time of the event), Gang Associated Clothing, outside food. One factory-sealed water bottle per person and baby food are allowed. Animals other than authorized service dogs are not permitted.

Assumption of risk: By attending Scottish Fest USA 1) You knowingly and voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks of personal injury, illness, death, or other loss. (2) you agree to release and hold harmless Scottish Fest USA at the OC Fair & Event Center and all of its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, liability, obligations, and damages against the foregoing parties related to or in connection with your participation in the activities to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Because participating in activities such as Inflatable attractions are inherently hazardous, accidents can and do happen. By participating in such activities: (1) you knowingly and voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks of personal injury, illness, death, or other loss; and (2) you agree to release and hold harmless Scottish Fest USA at the OC Fair & Event Center and all of its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, liability, obligations, and damages against the foregoing parties related to or in connection with your participation in the activities to the fullest extent allowable by law.

Because animal performances and activities including but not limited to Jousting are inherently hazardous, accidents can and do happen. By being a spectator and/or participant in such activities: (1) you knowingly and voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks of personal injury, illness, death, or other loss; and (2) you agree to release and hold harmless Scottish Fest USA at the OC Fair & Event Center and all of its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, liability, obligations, and damages against the foregoing parties related to or in connection with your participation in the activities to the fullest extent allowable by law.

The purchaser understands and agrees all tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
